Le Protocole qui s'étant sur une durée de 3 ans consiste à un appui technique, méthodologique et institutionnel à l'endroit du personnel de la SODECOTON. L'entreprise qui culmine un chiffre d'affaire de 200 milliards de FCFA et emploie plus de 5000 personnes, a lancé depuis 2017 un plan de redressement autour des axes stratégiques.

Pour Mme Mbah Achat Rose Fomundam qui présidait la cérémonie, il est question de fixer les modalités de collaboration entre les deux institutions.

La SODECOTON était représentée par son Directeur Général et la représentante du PCA, Pr. Brusil Miranda Métou.

Signing of a Technical Assistance Protocol on 28 December 2021 between the Cameroon Cotton Development Company (SODECOTON) and the Supreme State Audit Office in Yaounde.

The three-year Protocol, consists of technical, methodological and institutional support to the staff of SODECOTON. The company, which has a turnover of FCFA 200 billion and employs more than 5,000 people, launched a recovery plan around these strategic axes in 2017.

According to Minister Mbah Acha Rose Fomundam who chaired the ceremony, it was a framework to set the terms of collaboration between the two institutions.

SODECOTON was represented by its Director General and the representative of the Board chair, Prof. Brusil Miranda Métou.
