The High Commissioner of Canada to Cameroon, Rene Cremonese, was received in audience on Thursday August 17th 2017 by the Minister of CONSUPE, Madam MBAH ACHA Rose FOMUNDAM. The High Commissioner who had come to the end of his diplomatic mission to Cameroon, came to bid farewell to the Minister. Canada it should be noted provides technical and material support to CREFIAF (Regional Council for the Training of Supreme Audit Institutions in Sub-Saharan French speaking Africa), of which CONSUPE is a member.

After brainstorming from May 24-26, 2017 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, member states of the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI) have come out with recommendations and commitments that if implemented, Illicit Financial Flows would be effectively tackled in Africa. The recommendations come to crown the international conference organized by the Good Financial Governance GFG Network in Africa and hosted by the Supreme State Audit Office.

The General Secretariat of AFROSAI (African Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions) hosted by CONSUPE is pleased to announce the holding of an  International Conference In Yaoundé, Hilton Hotel, from 24 to 26 May 2017 on the theme “Illicit Financial Flows” organized by the network of Good Financial Governance (GFG) in Africa.

The GFG network works to promote good governance in the public finance sector and brings together the following organizations:

-African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF);

The Minister Delegate at the Presidency of the Republic in charge of the Supreme State Audit Office and the World Bank Country Director to Cameroon have signed a grant agreement in Yaoundé.                        

Inspectors of services from some ministerial departments upgrade control techniques.

The Minister Delegate at the Presidency of the Republic in charge of the Supreme State Audit Office informs the female folks and the female personnel of CONSUPE in particular that as a prelude to the international Women's Day Celebrations on the 08th of March 2017, a Screening Campaign on breast and cervical cancer will be organized from the 1st to the 3rd of March 2017 at the Gyneco-Obstetric Hospital of Yaoundé at the price of F.CFA 1000.
